The hotel was conveniently located, close to a department store and local attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing exceptional customer service. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
The breakfast included in the price was not served on the last day of the stay and the restaurant was closed. The limited menu of the restaurant should have been mentioned earlier, particularly as the hotel's website claimed it offered multiple dining options.

We had a great time during our romantic escape and the hotel certainly helped us. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and their English was excellent. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice touches and details that made us feel welcome. the location was convenient, close to local attractions and shopping areas.
the WiFi reception was spotty in our higher floor room, which was frustrating when we were trying to use our devices.

Lovely, professionally managed hotel. Really good staff, kind and friendly. Comfortable and clean single room. Special early breakfast for early departure. Receptionist with international hotel experience. Close to department store and attractions. Beautiful building and decor.

My recent stay at a hotel was delightful. the location was convenient, close to shops and local attractions. the bed in my room was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful. the breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the decor of the building was impressive and modern. the receptionist was very kind and spoke English fluently.
The WiFi connection was not strong enough.
